Does it bounce or move while running? +

No. The adjustable elastic belt is not a simple strap—you can tighten both the upper and lower adjustment points to achieve a secure fit around your hips. The spandex fabric stays close to your body without shifting, while the side elastic adjusters let you fine-tune the fit on the go.

If you experience any bouncing, it's usually because the belt is too loose or you're wearing the wrong size. Wear it around your hips, not your waist, for the most stable and comfortable fit.

Is it water-resistant? +

It is water-resistant, not waterproof. The fabric is designed to withstand light rain and sweat, making it ideal for real running conditions. Your phone, keys, and other essentials stay protected during light showers or intense training sessions.

It is not waterproof or submersible, so we do not recommend using it in heavy or prolonged rain.

Will my phone fit? +

Yes. All of our running belts fit smartphones up to 6.7 inches, even with a case, including the iPhone 16 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Xiaomi Redmi Note, and similar-sized devices.

The All Terrain model also distributes your gear across five compartments, so your phone stays securely separated from your other essentials instead of moving around.

Which size should I choose? +

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the measuring tape level.

S/M: 72–95 cm

L/XL: 95–115 cm

If your waist measures exactly 95 cm, you're between sizes. Choose S/M for a snugger fit, or L/XL if you prefer a looser fit or plan to wear it over thicker clothing.

Does it fit a hydration bottle? +

Yes. It's designed to carry a soft flask securely with quick and easy access, without bouncing or slipping while you run.

The Wave 250 ml fits perfectly for shorter runs, while the Wave Hook 500 ml and Wave 500 ml are ideal for longer distances.

Is it only for running? +

No. It's not just for running. It's also perfect for the gym, walking, cycling, and hiking. Lightweight enough for everyday use, yet stable enough for uneven terrain.

How do I wash it? +

Hand wash only using cold water and mild soap. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron, as heat can damage the elastic fabric and the water-resistant coating.

Hang to dry in the shade. With proper care, it will maintain its fit and performance for much longer.
